POS workstations
Ensure the Work offline button is available for POS operators. For more information, see Setting up the Work offline button at POS.
Ticket templates
Check with your Vista representative that your TICKETVOUCHERREFUND.text templates have the OfflineFlag enabled.
Vouchers & Gift Cards
If you’re using Vouchers & Gift Cards, ensure your settings are configured for best offline performance using the Voucher Rules Grid.
