Check your POS workstation’s network status using the network icon in the bottom right-hand corner.

| POS is connected to the network. | |
| POS is reconnecting to the network. | |
| POS has no network connection and is operating in offline mode. POS will reconnect as soon as the network is available. | |
| POS has no network connection and a POS operator has selected the Work offline button. POS won’t automatically reconnect to the network. | |
| POS has a network connection but is operating offline as a POS operator has selected the Work offline button. POS won’t automatically reconnect to the network. | |
| POS is uploading locally stored information after working in offline mode. POS is reconnected to the network at this time. |
