Swapping sessions

1. In Showtime Manager, either drag and drop a session to swap it to a new screen, or, change the session's Screen Layout in session properties.
   

   Note: If you drop a session on top of another existing session on a different screen, these sessions will swap.

2. If the session you have moved turns red with a seat allocation warning, perform a seat swap or set Seat Allocation to Disabled.
   

   Note: If Allocated Seating is active and seats have already been sold, the sessions will turn red to warn the operator that the allocated seating arrangements must be fixed.

3. Click Save.
