Vendors are companies that supply concession items.

For example: The Coca-Cola Company

You can create and maintain vendors from Cinema Manager or Head Office in Maintenance > Vendors. It may be appropriate to set up a vendor for items like booking fees and vouchers to be associated with.

You can link items to a vendor using the Items page.
