There are a number of system Settings that are relevant to stock receipt:

Determines which tax rate is used for Stock Receipts: ITEM - the tax rate assigned to the Item is used. VENDOR - the tax rate assigned to the Vendor is used for all Items. If the selected Vendor has no override Receipt Tax rate assigned, the Item tax rate is used. LOWEST - the lowest tax rate out of the Item or Vendor is used. |
