Service areas can be configured at Head Office.
- Create a new Service Area at Maintenance > Service Areas.
- Select the functions that the Service Area can perform.
Allow Prepare and/or Allow Pickup.
Items can also be configured at Head Office with a Default Prepare Area, where a Prepare Slip can be printed to initiate preparation.
- Open an item record at Maintenance > Bulk Items.
- On the Service Areas tab, set the Default Prepare Area.
Item Classes can also be used to assign a Default Prepare Area to items, which can be overridden for each item as necessary.
