Editing corporate bookings after approval

In Group Sales, you can edit some booking details, even after the booking has been approved as a corporate booking. This means that late changes to the group sale can be accommodated quickly and easily.

You can change all Film Session properties up until the schedule has been exported from Film Manager, or the booking has been scheduled in Cinema Manager. Film programmers are notified of any changes made by Group Sales users via the Alerts Gadget. To prevent inconsistent schedules being created, you cannot save any changes to a booking in Group Sales if it is part of a schedule currently open in Film Manager.

Alterations to the ticket price, number of admits, or screen hire can be made without requiring further approval, as these properties do not affect the film scheduling. Any detail change that does affect the film scheduling such as the screen, or film start and end times, will require the corporate booking to be re-approved in Film Manager before being applied.

Note: The ability to edit or delete Film Session and Screen Hire details is supported for private events and distributor previews only. Session details for public screening group sales cannot be edited or deleted after Corporate Booking approval.
