There are a number of system settings relevant to stock management.
Stocktake entry system settings

Stock Counts System Settings

If you are in 'Show Item Movement' mode, then all items that have not had counts entered will appear red. You must enter a count and then you must press the Save button for the entries to be saved. Only items that have had counts entered will be updated when the overall stocktake is updated. |

LOWEST Determines which tax rate is used for Stock Receipts:
ITEM - the tax rate assigned to the Item is used.
VENDOR - the tax rate assigned to the Vendor is used for all Items. If the selected Vendor has no override Receipt Tax rate assigned, the Item tax rate is used.
LOWEST - the lowest tax rate out of the Item or Vendor is used.
