Our Loyalty capability is delivered as several components:
Loyalty Manager
A Vista Cloud application that can be used by your head office, individual cinemas, or operated by a third party. Loyalty Manager is used to manage your subscriptions and reporting. It also contains a link to access Loyalty Admin.
Loyalty Admin
A Vista Cloud application that contains all the setup, configuration, and maintenance for your Loyalty program. For example: clubs, member data, rewards, communications, points, payment balances, and transactions. You can access Loyalty Admin from Loyalty Manager.

Loyalty Web Service
A web service that receives requests for member searches, base data, member recognitions, activations (member signup), transaction updates, card replacements, and ticket validations. This service interacts with the Loyalty database.
Scheduled Task Components
A suite of jobs that run in Vista Task Scheduler. These tasks perform various functions such as Loyalty extracts, importing cinema data into Loyalty, processing points and recognitions, and uploading offline transactions.
Cinema Server Components (Loyalty Connector)
A communication engine that carries information between Loyalty and your sales channels. It also has the ability to connect third-party systems with Vista.
Sales channels
Various sales channels such as POS, Kiosk, Web, and Mobile. These channels recognise members, collect membership activity information from Loyalty, and deliver recognitions.
