Loyalty in POS

POS receives the customer and reward information (based on the rules for each reward) and offers it to the customer.

Rewards (recognitions) can be free tickets or concessions items, discounts, or special pricing, availability to restricted offers or messages. The rules applied control how many are available, how often they can be taken and at what times of day. Concession rewards can be redeemed directly from the Point of Sale Loyalty window using the 'Buy' button.

Other Loyalty functions that can be implemented at point of sale are:

• Member search (to find a member based on information other than a card number).
• Member activation
• Messages to customers and recording responses
• Using Loyalty points as a payment mechanism
• Replacing cards
