Ticket type recognitions for Loyalty members

You can configure POS and Kiosk to let members receive any ticket type recognitions they are entitled to. This is not allowed on Web.

• POS - The ticket type must have Restrict to Loyalty enabled and Show on POS must be disabled.
• Kiosk - Kiosk has the ability to offer recognitions, but there is no way to differentiate between a ticket type available to loyalty members and a ticket type only to allow if there is a recognition. The work around is to set up a permanent recognition to entitle all members to this ticket type and the available is unlimited.
