Reward strategies are created by adding a recognition in Loyalty Admin. Through the use of rules, models, and groups, reward strategies can use any available data in the Loyalty system to create a subset of members to grant a reward. Possible reward strategies include:

Reward in exchange for points |
Receive a free or discounted concession at a cost of X points. Receive a free or discounted ticket at a cost of X points. |
Reward based on qualifying criteria |
Free gift on sign-up. Free ticket on birthday. |
Reward based on membership |
Receive a price discount on tickets or concessions. |
Reward based on attendance |
Receive a discounted or free ticket for every X points earned. Receive a free concession on transactions before 3 p.m. |
