Giving users access to Loyalty Admin

You can give individual users access to Loyalty Admin from within Loyalty Admin.

Note: If you don't already have access to Loyalty Admin, contact your Vista representative for assistance.

1. In Loyalty Admin, go to Configuration > Persons.

   Note: Every Loyalty member has a profile here. By default, members do not have access to Loyalty Admin.

2. Open the record for the individual who needs access to Loyalty Admin.
3. In the Type field, select a Person Type that includes access to Loyalty Admin.
