To help keep user accounts secure, you can set password complexity requirements that apply to each Person Type configured in Loyalty Admin.
- In Loyalty Admin, go to Configuration > Password Rules.
- Select a Person Type.
- Select the check box and enter parameters for each password rule that you want the system to enforce.
Note: Password requirements that you configure apply to new passwords. Passwords created before your configuration aren't affected.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: When you select the Password should not be a known compromised password check box, the system checks password entries against a list maintained by the third-party site HaveIBeenPwnd. This check doesn't require any additional configuration.
