Displaying a visual Loyalty prompt at POS

Workstations can be configured to display an image on the Loyalty prompt screen at POS.

1. Go to Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Workstations.
2. Open the record for the workstation you wish to configure with an image on the Loyalty prompt screen.
3. On the Prompts tab, assign a media set to the workstation with the Media Set for Loyalty Prompt setting.
4. Open the Media Set application to create or edit media sets.
5. Click Search to display the Select Media Set screen to search for media sets.
6. Save.

The image associated with the selected media set will be displayed on the Loyalty prompt screen at POS.

Note: This process must be performed for each workstation you wish to display the image.
