Create recognitions to grant special offers or messages to Loyalty club members.
Before you begin
Ensure the appropriate group who will receive the recognition has been created.
Note: Prior to that, the rule that determines the group must also have been created.
- In Loyalty Admin, go to Campaigns > Recognitions.
- Click Add New Record.
Note: You may need to scroll to the bottom of the page if there are a large number of existing recognitions displayed.
- Enter values in the required sections. See Add/Modify Recognition for details. Not all sections are necessary to enable the recognition to function. Each section is outlined below.
