Create recognitions to grant special offers or messages to Loyalty club members.
To review existing recognitions, go to Loyalty Admin > Campaigns > Recognitions and enter search criteria in at least two of the search fields. A maximum of 50 records is returned. If the record you're searching for is not in the list, narrow your search be entering more criteria.
Tip: You can enter partial information, but be aware that only results that start with the partial information are returned. For example, if you enter bi in the Name field, the system will find the recognition Birthday Gift but not Free Birthday Admit.
To see the recognitions that are available to a group, go to Loyalty Admin > Campaigns > Groups, select a group, and click Show Group Recognitions.
Before you begin
Ensure the appropriate group who will receive the recognition has been created.
Note: Prior to that, the rule that determines the group must also have been created.
Steps
- In Loyalty Admin, go to Campaigns > Recognitions.
- Click Add New Record.
Note: You may need to scroll to the bottom of the page if there are a large number of existing recognitions displayed.
- Enter values in the required sections. See Add/Modify Recognition for details.
- Save.
Limiting a Recognition by Location, Film, or Time (optional)
You can encourage ticket sales and other transactions for what might otherwise be low occupancy sessions by limiting recognitions to these less popular showings.
Before you begin
- Enter the Code for your site in Loyalty Admin > Cinema > Sites.
- Enter the Loyalty Code for your site in Connect > General Maintenance > Sites > Site tab.
- Add/modify the details of your Cinema Group.
- Add/modify the details of your Cinema Operator.
Steps
- In Loyalty Admin, go to Campaigns > Recognitions.
- Select a recognition.
- Select Use Advanced Limitations and click View and Edit Limitations.
- Enter the limitation criteria that you want to use.
- Click Add Limitation.
- Click Close.
