Add or modify a recognition from Loyalty Admin > Campaigns > Recognitions.
Section 1: Data
The main details of the recognition are defined in this section. This includes the type of recognition and pricing involved.

For manual recognitions, the total number of this recognition available to the club as a whole. For other recognitions, the number of this recognition available to each member. |

Apply Discount Code: Applies the cinema Item Discount Code entered in the Price field to the price of the recognition's item. Discount Convert Points: Use Price as Points Cost: Used in conjunction with a Cinema discount item, to enable patrons to convert their balance type units into a discount of an arbitrary value. |

The number of balance type units that a member must spend to redeem the recognition. |

Accumulate from Balance Type |
Allows eligible members to keep receiving the recognition every time the recalculation is performed. This option requires the calculation to be entered in Custom SQL for accumulate. Use this option, for example, to create a Loyalty recognition that entitles a member to receive a free ticket every day. |

Section 2: Qualifiers and limitations
The group that can qualify for the recognition and limitations such as date and site are defined in this section.

Member Activity and Night Batch: Eligibility is recalculated when a Loyalty member's information is updated, and every night during overnight processing. Never: Eligibility isn't calculated or updated. Next Save Only: Eligibility for the recognition is calculated when theSavebutton is clicked. Section 3: Occurrence
Define how often the recognition can recur in this section.

Every Interaction: The recognition may continue to be claimed in separate transactions, until the Total Available limit has been reached. Once Only: In addition to being limited by the Total Available, the recognition must be claimed in a single transaction. Choose this option to create one-time special offers. For example, if a recognition entitles a member to four tickets, those tickets (up to the maximum of four) must be claimed on the same occasion. Any unclaimed part of the recognition is lost. Number of days: In addition to being limited by the Total Available, after the recognition has been claimed it cannot be claimed again for the entered number of days. For example: Select this option and enter7to create a recognition that can be claimed once per week at most. |
Multiple recognitions |

Used with recurring recognitions, this option allows members to accumulate multiple copies of the same recognition. For example: choose this option to create a recognition that gives a member a free ticket every month. |

Used in conjunction with the Multiple recognitions option, this option determines when each copy of the recognition expires. Number of days: Each copy of the recognition expires the entered number of days after the member first becomes eligible for it. Number of months: Each copy of the recognition expires the entered number of months after the member first becomes eligible for it. Date: Each copy of the recognition expires on the selected date. |
Section 4: Communication
Define how to communicate the recognition to members.

Section 5: Control/trial group
Define any exclusions from the recognition.

Section 6: Manually selected recognitions only
Manually selected recognitions are to enable a member to select a reward choice over the internet or phone. The reward is typically distributed from a central location or sent to a cinema for collection.

Vouchers
This section allows you to set up vouchers as recognitions.
