Limit Recognition Redemption window – Help Centre

The Limit Recognition Redemption window allows you to limit a recognition so it can be redeemed by location, film, date, and time.

Option	Allowed Values	Description
Cinema Group		The cinema group the recognition is associated with.
Site		The site the recognition is associated with.
Cinema Type		The cinema type the recognition is associated with. For example: Gold Class, Imax
Movie		The movie the recognition is associated with.
Format Class		Enables you to group movie formats.
Time Range	Any configured time range	The time ranges during which the recognition can be redeemed. If the recognition being created is for tickets, Time Range refers to the film session time. If the recognition is being created for concession items, Time Range refers to the time of the purchase.
Limitation Applies From Date		The start date of a temporary limitation.
Limitation Applies To Date		The finish date of a temporary limitation. Note: This date is inclusive.
Add Limitation		Configures the recognition to be redeemable only when the specific limitations are met.
Close		Closes the Limit Recognition Redemption window.
