Loyalty-integrated gift cards

You can integrate gift cards with Loyalty, to produce a loyalty-integrated gift card. Loyalty-integrated gift cards contain both a customer's loyalty details and gift card credit on a single card that can be used to pay for tickets and concessions.

To integrate cards, you can either:

• Load a loyalty card with gift card credit
• Link a loyalty membership to a gift card

To set up Loyalty-Integrated gift cards, you'll need Head Office, Loyalty, and Vouchers and Gift Cards:

• Setting up a Card Definition and Activation Item in Head Office/Cinema Manager.
• Setting up a gift card Voucher Type and ordering stock in Vouchers And Gift Cards.
• Setting up a Membership Program and cards in Loyalty.
