Viewing a member's gift card balance at POS

1. In POS, press the Loyalty POS Button.

   The Swipe Loyalty Card screen appears.

2. Swipe the customer's Loyalty-integrated gift card.

   The Loyalty screen displays, with the member's gift card balance at the top of the Recognitions section.

Tip: Their balance is also visible on the payment screen. Tap the arrows on the Gift Card button and enter the gift card number to view or print the balance.
