Issuing a replacement Loyalty-integrated gift card at POS

You can replace a member's lost gift card or an old standalone gift card with a new Loyalty-integrated gift card.

Note: When replacing a card with a Loyalty-integrated gift card, if the old card is:

  • a Loyalty-integrated card - the balance will be transferred to the new card.
  • a standalone loyalty card - the new card is issued with a balance of 0.

Steps

  1. In POS, press the Loyalty POS Button.
  2. In the absence of a card to swipe, search for the member manually.
  3. Press Replace Card.
  4. Swipe a new card.
