You can replace a member's lost gift card or an old standalone gift card with a new Loyalty-integrated gift card.
Note: When replacing a card with a Loyalty-integrated gift card, if the old card is:
- a Loyalty-integrated card - the balance will be transferred to the new card.
- a standalone loyalty card - the new card is issued with a balance of 0.
- In POS, press the Loyalty POS Button.
- In the absence of a card to swipe, search for the member manually.
- Press Replace Card.
- Swipe a new card.
