To give Loyalty members advance access to an exclusive seating area, set up an advance seating recognition.

Tip: You can give different levels of a club different amounts of advance access by creating a recognition for each.

Before you begin

Ensure that an exclusive seating area has been created in Cinema Manager.

Steps

1. Create a new recognition. See Setting up a recognition for details.
2. Enter a Name.
3. Set the Type to Advance Seating.
4. Select a Club and a Group.
5. (Optional) Select a Membership Level.
6. Enter some POS Message Text.
7. Specify the Additional Advance Booking Time.
