Rate cards are used to assign employees different pay rates for each Work Area in which they work. For example, a certain employee may earn $7.50/hour working at the bar, but only $3/hour waiting tables.
Rate cards contain information about the employee's standard and overtime pay rates, for one specific area in which the employee is allowed to work. A separate record is required for each work area.
You can create and configure rate cards in Cinema Manager > Maintenance > Rate cards.
