Kiosk deals comprised of list of different items

For example: Buy any VIP ticket and receive $2 off any item from the snacks menu.

When creating this example deal, the Ticket List contains a row for each VIP ticket type available. The Item List contains a row for each Item in the cinema's snacks menu, such as small fries, chicken nuggets, and mozzarella bites.

Kiosk will offer this deal to a user when they add any VIP ticket type to their order (as listed on the Deal). When the user selects the deal, Kiosk prompts them to choose either small fries, chicken nuggets, or mozzarella bites. A Swap button next to their selected snack allows them to change their mind.
