Before creating a sign, which happens during setup of the Signage Player, you must create a sign group for your signs to belong to in the Admin website.
Note: Only users with Head Office credentials can create new sign groups. These sign groups are then available for use across your circuit.
Steps
- In the Sign Groups tab, click Create sign group.
- Give the sign group a Name, Orientation, and Default playlist.
- (Optional) Schedule further playlists for the sign group.
Note: Each sign group can contain multiple signs, all of which will use this schedule.
From the Sign Groups tab, you can view information about the usage of each sign group, and make sign groups active or inactive as needed. This information will be empty until you set up your players and signs.
