You can schedule multiple playlists to a sign group, deciding when and how long each playlist runs.

Steps

1. Go to Sign groups.
2. Select a sign group.
3. Select a default playlist.

   Your signs display your default playlists when you have no other playlist scheduled.

   Tip: If the sign group only needs to display one playlist, select it as the default playlist. You don't need to schedule anything else.

4. Schedule further playlists as you require.

   Tip: Your signs complete each playlist before starting the next one you scheduled. This prevents playlists changing abruptly, such as in the middle of a video, but can cause them to run longer than their scheduled time. Because you can change playlists after you've scheduled them, Digital Signage isn't able to show you which playlists will run over schedule. If your playlists are going too far over their scheduled time, try editing the display time of the playlist's templates. You can change the template's display time on the Playlists tab.

5. Save.
