Sign status

On the Sign Health screen in Signage Manager, you can view the status of all signs at all of your sites. Click the site name at the top of the page to select a different site in  your circuit.

Tip: Online and offline status is refreshed every 20 seconds. If at least one sign in a group is offline, the whole group appears in the Offline section, with only the offline signs in red.

If a sign is offline and shouldn't be, you can check the following:

• The client is running
• The signage player is running
• The client is connected to Head Office
