Add sessions for films to the planning grid using the Film palette panel.

Viewing films available for selection

Select the Film palette to see a list of all the configured films currently stored on the database. Use filters to used search for particular films.

Note: You can use multiple search terms at once, for example "Category Drama, Roadshow Distributor". 

Adding film sessions

Drag films from the Film palette to the Showtime Manager planning grid. Position films at the appropriate time, date, and on the appropriate screen. Drop the film to create a planned Session.

Note: Planned sessions are not visible at POS.

Store sessions temporarily when planning and creating Schedules, using the Holding Area.

Adding price cards

User the Film palette Default price group to select a Price Card, which will automatically be applied to the planned session created for the selected film. This price card can be changed later in Showtime Manager.
