Film progammers can lock various properties of film bookings and sessions in Showtime Manager with the RestrictFilmBookingProperties system setting. This applies to sessions marked as Approved or Open.

Steps

1. Go to Cinema Manager > Maintenance > System Settings and find RestrictFilmBookingProperties.
2. Use the Configuration Value dropdown and select the values you want to have locked:
   • Film (booking)
   • Movie format
   • Screen
   • Session start time
3. Save.

The values selected cannot be modified for sessions that are Approved or Open.
