Changing the colour view in Showtime Manager

Showtime Manager offers several colour views to help you distinguish between sessions and quickly identify properties on a busy schedule. When you need a quick overview of a specific property, such as the statuses or price cards, switch to the corresponding colour view. 

Example: Before you open sessions for sale, switch to the Status colour view. Approved session cards are green and planned sessions are yellow, making it obvious which sessions haven't been approved yet.

Steps

1. In Film Manager or Cinema Manager, go to Showtime Manager. 
2. The toolbar displays the current colour view. Click the icon to open the dropdown. 
3. Choose the colour view you need:

   • Film colour view

   • Price card colour view

   • Occupancy colour view

   • Revenue colour view

   • Format colour view

   • Status colour view

   • Track changes colour view
