Showtime Builder provides the same information as the full Showtime Manager application but in a textual format. Access Showtime Builder from the Showtime Manager Ribbon.
Print schedules from Showtime Builder with the same output as the screen view. Sessions are represented by session times and they are placed in the appropriate time of day column. Different coloured times signify different Price Cards. The Price Card Colour Key window can be accessed by clicking the Price Card Colour Key button on the Home tab toolbar. The Price Card Colour Key is the same as in Showtime Manager.
Note: Showtime Builder is not used for the purpose of creating a schedule. In an already existing schedule, certain properties of sessions can be changed, including Price Card, Seat Allocation Method, Time and Session Attributes.

Additional preference options are available from the ribbon. These options alter the way Showtime Builder displays sessions
| Ribbon item | Description |
| Price Card Key | Opens the Price Card Colour Key window to help identify Price Cards represented by colours on the Sessions. This key is the same as in Showtime Manager. |
| Show Attribute | Displays an abbreviation of the Film Attributes beside the session time. |
| Collapse All | Click this button to fully compact all Films and Sessions. |
| Expand All | Click this button to fully expand all Films and Session |
