Note: To select the current day, click Today, the bolded date at the bottom of the calendar. This will automatically select the current day.

Altering the Layout – Grouping by Columns:
Customise the schedule view by grouping columns. Grouping is achieved by dragging Column headers into the Group By section, indicated by the text 'Drag a column header here to group by that column'.
Grouping can make it easier to see particular details of a session. The new layout will be used when printing occurs. The schedule can be grouped by any number of columns and the order the sessions are grouped by depends on the order of the columns in the Group By section. The hierarchy and relationship of the columns is shown in the Group By section, this can be altered by dragging the column component to the appropriate place.
Note: Time Zone columns cannot be used for grouping.
For example: Sessions may grouped by screen, then day, then film. Each column for grouping creates a header with an expansion button + that can be used to view the next level. To view the individual sessions, screen, day and film may be expanded. There is also a deeper level that is created automatically to show Showtime Attributes such as Price Card, Seat Allocation Method, No Complementaries and Sneak Preview.
Showing/Hiding Showtime Attributes:
Showtime Attributes can be shown and hidden by clicking the Showtime Attributes button on the Home tab in the ribbon. This will toggle between showing and hiding the attributes on the session. Attributes are represented by letters and displayed beside the session time.
The letters represent the Showtime Attributes as follows:
- a - Allocated Seating, either manual or automatic
- c - No Complementaries
- s - Sneak Preview
