Make limited modifications to sessions in Showtime Builder.

Editing properties

Sessions cannot be created in Showtime Builder and existing sessions can not be moved from one screen to another, but the following Properties can be edited:

• Price Card - a different price card can be selected.
• Time - a new time can be entered for the session, this may move the session to a different time zone.
• Session Attributes - limited attributes such as No Comp and Sneak Preview can be attached to the session.
• Seat Allocation Method - a different seating method can be selected.

Note: Settings on the Applications Rights tab for User Groups may prevent managers or other Cinema Manager users from editing the No Comp, Sneak, and Attributes fields for sessions received from Film Programming via slots in the Holdover Sheet.

Opening All Sessions

Planned sessions can be opened using the Open All Sessions button. A message box will display to indicate if the opening is successful. Session status cannot be altered apart from opening all sessions.

Removing All Sessions

All sessions in the week can be deleted using the Remove All Sessions button. Only sessions with the status of Planned will be deleted.
