You can create surveys that POS operators will ask patrons at Cinemas of your choosing. The data collected from survey responses can be analysed to assist in making business decisions.
You can create and update surveys in either Head Office or Cinema Manager under Maintenance > Surveys.
You can analyse POS surveys in Head Office or Cinema Manager from Maintenance > Surveys.
Click Create to set up a new survey, or Open to view an existing survey. When creating answer options for your survey questions, you can create a list of multi-choice answer options, or, alternatively, choose to display a keyboard or numeric keypad for inputting free-form answers.
Set a survey to Active to run it on POS, and Inactive when it's no longer required.

The method in which answers to the Survey are collected can be configured in one of three ways: Select from Survey Answers - multi-choice Answers can be configured in the table below, which will display on the survey prompt. The operator then chooses one of the answers. Prompt with numeric keypad - if the answer to the question is a number (e.g. "How many movies have you seen this month?"), the survey can be configured to prompt the operator with a numeric keypad to enter this value.Prompt with alphanumeric keyboard - the survey can be configured to prompt the operator with a full keyboard to enter the answer. |
