Sales Channels are the methods through which tickets and concessions can be sold. For example: POS or Kiosk.
Predefined Sales Channels are created when you first get started with Vista Cloud. However, custom sales channels can be created later.
Note: Custom sales channels are not allowed for the POS or Group Sales applications.
Configure your sales channels for use in Head Office or Cinema Manager from Maintenance > Sales Channels.
Note: In Loyalty, you manage Sales Channels separately, using the Add/Modify Sales Channels form.

A unique code to identify the Sales Channel by. For example: WWW for your website, POS for Point of Sale. |

A full description of the Sales Channel. For example: Telephone Ticketing, Remote Sales Point. |
