Film Hire Manager

The Film Hire Manager application provides central control of contracts for cinemas. One contract can apply to multiple cinemas. You can access it from Head Office > Maintenance > Film Hire Manager.

Information is displayed for the film selected from the dropdown in the film section of the ribbon. The application has three view modes that determine how information is displayed:

• Film Hire Summary - displays a summary of contract information for the selected film on a week-by-week basis, including the calculated film hire amounts.
• Contracts - displays all the contracts for the selected film, which can be expanded to view the cinemas that the contract applies to. Cinemas, cinema groups and circuits can be added to contracts.
• Contracts By Cinema - displays all the contracts for the selected film grouped by each cinema.

The Film maintenance form for the selected film can be opened by clicking the Films button. The Film Hire Payments application, the Distribution Terms cabinet and the Contract Import Wizard can all be opened from the Links section of the ribbon.

The ribbon is divided into a number of sections, and available options can change depending on which view mode is selected.
