Film hire payments

You can use the Film Hire Payment module in Head Office maintenance to calculate and generate film hire amounts.

Firstly, ensure the following data is set up:

• Screen data for the relevant cinema
• Distribution terms
• Contract details
• Cinema sales data (for the week that you want to calculate film hire)

Film Hire Payment uses a grid interface, and each row relates to the number of shows (and film hire figures) for a particular film (at a particular cinema, for one week).

Tip: Use column headers to sort the rows based on different properties. You can use filters can to limit the number of records shown (for example, based on circuits, cinemas, films, distributors, status, contracts, and ending dates).
