The following settings affect Film Hire calculations, and using the Film Hire Payments application.

Partial Month = Data is calculated and exported for any length of time equal to or less than 6 days, and the period must include the end of a calendar month; the end date is the end of the first calendar month. Play Week = Data is calculated and exported for any length of time, but the period must end within the first 6 days of a month; the end date is determined by the system setting TickStartDayOfWeek. |

Determines if to estimate film hire for future sessions (any session playing on the current day or later). This is for when the film hire record includes the end of a calendar month. Film hire estimates are calculated using the film's box office session values from the previous week. Estimated film hire values are used under two circumstances; either the session being calculated has no box office revenue, or the session's box office revenue is less than that of the session it's matched against. Future sessions are matched against sessions from the previous week according to priorities you set on the Future Session Forecasting form–accessible from: The Options tab The icon that indicates estimated sessions The Display Associated Sessions option of the right-click context menu Tip!
