Fund locations can be created in Head Office for download to the cinema. Creating funds and fund locations centrally allows you to disseminate the same cash management structure across the circuit.
- In Head Office, go to Maintenance > Fund Locations and click Create.
- Enter the Fund Location name and select the desired properties for this fund location.
- Add the desired funds to this location.
- Use the CashDesk Profiles maintenance form in Head Office to complete the download after creating funds and fund locations. For more information, see Configuring CashDesk profiles in Head Office.
Note: It is not possible to upload funds and fund locations from CashDesk at each cinema to Head Office.
