Creating a promotion media set

Create media sets for promotions, discounts, and deals so that advertising images can be displayed on your sales channels.

1. In Head Office or Cinema Manager, go to Maintenance > Media Library.
2. In the Select Media Set window, click New.
   

   The Media Set form opens.

3. Enter the Name and Description of the media set.
4. Click Add Media.
5. Browse for the required cinema images, and add them to the media set.
6. In Links tab, click Add Link.
7. Select Promotion and Discount from the list.
8. In the Select Promotion/Discount window, search for and select the required promotion.
9. Click OK.
10. (Optional) In the Media Type column, select the required Media Type.
    

    By default, Promotion Graphic is selected, and altering the media type does not affect how the content is displayed.

    Note: These links also appear in the Promotion/Discount form under the Media tab, and can also be edited and created in this tab.

11. Click Save.

The Media Set for the promotion has now been created.
