When buttons are added to the Concessions page, there are ways to make arranging them easier and tidier than simply dragging the buttons around the page.
Alignment, size and placement options are described below.
These options are available from the Arrange section of the main Design ribbon tab.
Aligning buttons with each other
A selection of buttons can be aligned with each other to form a neat arrangement of buttons.
Vertical alignment options include Align Left, Center and Right. These options are useful when aligning buttons vertically.
Horizontal alignment options include Align Top, Middle and Bottom. These options are useful when aligning buttons horizontally.
A group of buttons can also be distributed evenly between their occupying space on the concessions page. The Distribute Horizontally option moves selected buttons on the concessions page to be spaced evenly along the horizontal area the buttons occupy. The Distribute Vertically option moves selected buttons on the concessions page to be spaced evenly along the vertical area the buttons occupy.
Note: These options can also be used for other items including images and image placeholders.
Matching the size of buttons
A selection of buttons of various sizes can have their size matched to the last selected button. The selection of buttons can be matched in size by either width, height or both.
Matching the size of the buttons by width will alter all selected buttons to the width of the last selected button. Matching the size of the buttons by height will alter all selected buttons to the height of the last selected button. Matching the size of the buttons by both will alter the selected buttons to the width and height of the last selected button.
Buttons can be selected by dragging the mouse across the required buttons or pressing CTRL and clicking each button required. The last selected button is the button that will be used for matching the size, it will have white resizing sizing squares around it instead of black squares.
Note: These options can also be used for other items including images and image placeholders.
