The appearance and behaviour of customer-facing displays is configured in a Customer Display Profile in POS Designer.
POS Designer is available in Cinema Manager > Maintenance.

Use Existing Film Images |

Choose this option to show existing poster or title images (instead of specific advertising images) in the customer-facing display's Advertising area when tickets to the film are added to an order. If selected, the customer facing display shows a film's Poster Graphic in the Advertising area. If the film has no Poster Graphic, the film's Title Graphic is displayed instead. If cleared, the customer-facing display will only show Film Advertising Media (if any exists) in the Advertising area. |

The appearance of the banner's background. Select Colour and choose a Top and Bottom colour to display a simple gradient background. Select Image and and choose any configured media set to to display a graphical image as the background. |

Prevents patrons from viewing the price of items on the customer-facing display. When selected the patron will only be able to view the total order cost. Patrons may cancel an item from the order if an item appears to be expensive. So, the option only displays total order cost. |

The appearance of the customer-facing display's background (excluding the banner). Select Colour and choose a Top and Bottom colour to display a simple gradient background. Select Image and and choose any configured media set to to display a graphical image as the background. |
Border Style |
Rounded Shadow |
Determines the appearance of the different elements' borders. Rounded: Corners are softly rounded, no shadow. A soft, flat appearance. Shadow: Corners are square, and a drop-shadow creates an illusion of depth. |

Any colour |
The colour of the text that appears in the customer-facing display's Message area.
