House cost exceptions for film hire

House costs are usually entered at a screen level and are consistent across all distributors, meaning that individual exhibitors can set their value. However in some cases, certain distributors will not agree to that standard, which requires exceptions to be entered at a distributor level to ensure the correct house costs are included in the film hire payment calculations.

Go to Head Office > Maintenance > House Cost Exceptions to configure which distributors are exempt from standard house costs.
