Each POS workstation that will use paperless ticketing must be set up in Cinema Manager.
- In Cinema Manager > Maintenance, open Workstations, and select your workstation.
- If your customer-facing displays are touch-enabled, your patrons can enter their own details at POS. To configure this, select Customer Monitor is Touch-Enabled on the Monitors tab in the Secondary Display section.
Note: If you don't select this option, you can still use paperless ticketing, but patrons must provide their contact details to the POS operator verbally.
- Under the Paperless Delivery Method section, select Email and SMS to enable each delivery method.
Note: If neither option is selected, paperless ticketing will not be used for this workstation.
- Select whether to use Email or SMS as the Default delivery method at Kiosk.
