FIltering POS Dashboard reports

By default, the POS Dashboard reports display data for the entire site. It is possible to filter reports using the panel on the right-hand side of the screen. Reports can be filtered by Cinema Operator or User.

1. Access the POS Dashboard.
2. Select the Dashboard report you wish to view.
3. Select Filter by... Cinema or User:

   Cinema - A list of all Cinema Operators configured for the Site is displayed. Select a cinema to view only financial/sales/labour data from that cinema/revenue centre. Select (All) to remove the filter.

   User - A list of Users who have POS Sessions for the selected report date is displayed. Select a user to view only financial/sales data relating to their POS Session(s). Select (All) to remove the filter.

   Note: The Labour Summary report cannot be filtered by User.

POS Dashboard reports can be printed on the workstation's printer. Printing takes into account any filters that you have applied.
