By default, POS loads price cards associated with all uncollected bookings over the last 3 months. The price card information is required in order for operators to refund paid, but uncollected, bookings. However in organisations with large numbers of price cards, the behaviour can make POS load slowly.
POS load times may be improved by reducing the period in which uncollected bookings can be refunded.
- Open the POS system setting BookingLoadOldPriceCardXDays in Cinema Manager or Head Office from Maintenance > System Settings.
- Type a Configuration Value that represents the number of days that you want uncollected bookings to be able to be refunded, after session has played.
