Selecting promotions to display in Concessions Price Manager – Help Centre

The Promotions section is available from the Price Books and Promotions ribbon tab.

All promotions are selected by default. No promotions, all or specific promotions can be selected from the dropdown list.

Tip: Click Refresh in the Data section of the ribbon when you configure new filters.

You can also filter promotions using the Promotion filter. Promotions matching the filter box will display in the Promotion dropdown list and on the grid.

Tip:

To remove the filter and return to the previous view, click the Filter icon beside the Promotion filter.
This selection can work together with the Price Books and Promotions Used By section. Selected promotions are filtered based on the links to specific cinemas or cinema groups selected.
Select the Include Inactive Promotions checkbox to include inactive promotions in the grid.
