When a POS operator attempts to refund a purchase to a credit card that doesn't match the credit card number of the original transaction, POS will only allow the refund after the correct security authorisation. Configure the level of authorisation required in Cinema Manager.
- Open the POS-SECURITY system setting SecurityRefundCreditCdOverride in Cinema Manager > Maintenance.
- Type a Configuration Value that represents the minimum level of the security that you require for refunding to an unmatched credit card.
