In some regions, due to legal requirements, partial refunds of a transaction are not allowed. If one concession needs to be refunded, all concessions in the order must be refunded, and the items that don't require refunding are resold.
The system setting SecurityAllowItemPartialRefund determines whether or not security approval is required to perform a partial refund.

Steps

1. Open the system setting SecurityAllowItemPartialRefund in Cinema Manager or Head Office under Maintenance > System Settings.
2. Configure the security level required. For example, operators must refund all concessions in an order, unless they get Duty Manager approval to perform a partial refund.
3. Save the setting.
