Price books and promotions can be modified through their maintenance form records, which you can access by clicking the column headings. You can edit concession item prices directly in the grid.

Editing price cards and ticket types

Click on the heading of a price book or concession item to open the appropriate maintenance form record. Any changes you make in the form will be reflected in Concessions Price Manager.

Editing price book and promotion prices

Enter prices directly into the grid in the appropriate cell. If a price already exists, you can type over the existing price to overwrite it. 

When you edit a price, the cell will have a red border. This will indicate that data has changed and you need to save.
